Terms of Service !

  1. I can deny any commission if I do not feel comfortable in doing so.

  2. Payments are only accepted via Paypal and can be discussed through my Discord (Vanilla_Saffii_)

  3. 50% of total price must be transferred in order for me to start the commission and to send the sketch.

  4. Refunds are accepted if you've only paid 50% of the commission price.

  5. Price may increase if the characters have too much detail.

  6. Commissions can take anywhere between 2 days to 3 weeks. If it unexpectedly clashes with my schedule you will be notified.

  7. Provide solid references when commissioning. I will probably ask a lot of questions either way, but giving me something to work with makes it easier to communicate your requests.

  8. AI references or characters will not be tolerated. Your commission will be automatically denied.

  9. I will send these updates on the commission over time: sketch → lineart → flat colors → render. If there are any changes you'd like let me know within 24 hours before I move on to the next phase.

  10. Three changes can be done free of charge to the comission before the final work. Cost for additional changes is written in Add-Ons section.

  11. Commissions will be uploaded (with watermark and user who commissioned it) to my socials unless specified otherwise. You can also ask me to remove your user from the post itself.
